Ajman says it has completed the UAE’s first government trade-licence renewal using agentic AI, marking a step toward more automated public services. The process was handled through the AjmanOne app in a proactive model that can notify businesses before licences expire and guide them through renewal with little manual effort. Officials say the system can also coordinate related lease renewals with the Ajman Municipality and Planning Department, making the service faster and more integrated for businesses.
