Britain’s top intelligence chief has warned that almost 500,000 Russian soldiers have been killed in Vladimir Putin’s war on Ukraine, underscoring the scale of the human cost as Moscow continues its assault. According to reporting in The Independent, the assessment comes from GCHQ chief Anne Keast-Butler, who is also warning that Russia is stepping up daily hybrid activity against Britain and Europe.
