HUMAIN invests in MOZN to build secure AI products for banks and public agencies

Tuesday, August 4, 2026

Saudi AI company HUMAIN, owned by the Public Investment Fund, has announced a strategic investment in local enterprise AI firm MOZN and a partnership to develop secure, production-grade AI products for financial institutions and public-sector organizations. The companies said they will combine HUMAIN’s full AI stack with MOZN’s enterprise AI and engineering expertise, with early use cases focused on financial crime prevention, knowledge intelligence, and governance, risk and compliance. The deal is intended to help organizations move AI systems from pilots into real-world deployment while supporting MOZN’s expansion beyond Saudi Arabia, with broader availability planned for the second half of 2026.
