Riyadh-based edtech company Noon Academy has acquired Almakhfi, a Saudi digital platform specializing in preparation for the Qudurat and Tahsili university admission exams, to strengthen its AI-powered learning ecosystem and expand services for middle and high school students across the Kingdom. The acquisition integrates Almakhfi’s specialized exam content into Noon Academy’s platform, enabling more personalized, AI-driven learning journeys for the more than 250,000 students Almakhfi has served over the past eight years. This move follows Noon Academy’s recent $41 million Series B funding round led by Wa’ed Ventures and Raed Ventures, signaling its strategic push to deepen its dominance in Saudi Arabia’s growing education technology sector.
