Bybit puts trading, account tasks, and support into one AI chat

Crypto exchange Bybit has launched Bybit AI, an assistant inside its app that lets customers ask for help in everyday language rather than hunt through trading screens and support menus. A user can ask it to check a balance, prepare a trade, move through account tasks, or troubleshoot a problem; Bybit says the system shows the details and requires confirmation before carrying out financial actions. The feature uses a separate AI sub-account, which the company says keeps the funds used through the assistant apart from a customer’s main account. The bigger shift is not that an exchange has added a chatbot, but that it is turning chat into a front door for actions that once required navigating a specialized, and often intimidating, trading interface—without making the underlying investment risk any simpler.
