Canada to Match U.S. Tariffs Dollar for Dollar Starting Sept. 8

Canada will impose retaliatory tariffs on U.S. goods starting Sept. 8, matching Washington’s duties dollar for dollar after trade talks collapsed and new U.S. tariffs hit Canadian exports.
