Ceer starts taking reservations before its first EV reaches production

Saudi EV maker Ceer has opened a mobile store at Bujairi Terrace in Diriyah and begun accepting reservations for the limited-run Exobot First Edition, offered as a sedan or SUV. Both versions are priced at 399,000 riyals, placing the launch at the premium end of the local market rather than presenting it as a mass-market EV. The opening matters less as a retail location than as Ceer’s first customer-facing step: it lets the company start building reservations and a sales presence while it prepares for production in 2027. In other words, Ceer is moving from unveiling a vehicle to building the retail and service system needed to put one on Saudi roads.
