HUMAIN begins building an IPO team
HUMAIN, the AI company owned by Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund, is recruiting people to prepare for a possible stock-market listing, according to a LinkedIn hiring notice from CEO Tareq Amin. He is seeking people with management consulting, financial strategy, investor communications and IPO experience—the work needed to turn a company’s growth plans into disclosures, governance and a case investors can assess. The move puts some operational weight behind a goal Amin outlined last October, when he said HUMAIN could seek a Saudi and Nasdaq listing in three to four years. It is not an IPO announcement: the company has disclosed neither a timetable nor terms, but its pursuit of specialist staff suggests its listing ambition is moving from a long-range target to early preparation.
