MIS and HUMAIN expand Saudi AI data-center project to 250 MW

Al Moammar Information Systems, or MIS, has signed a new agreement with Saudi AI company HUMAIN that expands their planned AI data-center buildout from 50 to 250 megawatts. A megawatt measures power capacity, an important constraint because AI servers and the systems that cool them use large amounts of electricity; the new target is five times the original capacity. The agreement formally replaces the March deal for the project, although MIS says it does not change work already underway under that arrangement. MIS will design, procure, and construct the facilities in phases as HUMAIN issues work orders; the agreement’s disclosed value exceeds 689% of MIS’s 2025 revenue, but its financial effect will arrive as those orders are received, not all at signing.
