Solutions by stc signs five-year revenue-sharing deal for Madares

Solutions by stc has signed a five-year revenue-sharing agreement with Tatweer Educational Technologies to develop and operate Madares, Saudi Arabia’s unified digital platform for private-education services. Madares is designed as a single gateway linking the Ministry of Education with private schools, investors, parents, and students, rather than leaving each group to navigate separate services. The deal puts solutions in charge of both improving the technology and carrying out operating work, so its return will depend on the revenue the platform generates instead of a fixed contract fee. The company says the agreement’s value could exceed 10% of its 2025 revenue over the full term, but the final figure is uncertain; financial impact is expected from the first quarter of 2027.
