Tunisia's Olive Oil Exports Rise 44% to $1.6 Billion in Nine Months

Tunisia’s olive oil exports brought in $1.6 billion in the first nine months of the 2025/26 season, a 44.4% increase from a year earlier, according to official data reported on Thursday. Export volumes also rose sharply, up 55.3% to a record 368,000 metric tons, underscoring the crop’s importance to Tunisia’s economy and foreign currency earnings.
