Kuwait Wealth Fund Backs KKR’s $10 Billion Helix AI Infrastructure Venture

Kuwait’s sovereign wealth fund, the Kuwait Investment Authority, is backing KKR’s new Helix Digital Infrastructure venture, which launched with more than $10 billion in committed capital. The company is designed to build and operate the physical infrastructure needed for artificial intelligence, including data centers, power generation, transmission, and connectivity, making it a significant new player in the race to support AI growth. Nvidia and Vistra are also among the founding investors, with Nvidia serving as a strategic partner and Vistra as the preferred power partner.
