Nebius eyes up to 50 MW at Humain’s planned Neom AI campus

Humain and DataVolt have signed a preliminary framework under which Nebius, an AI-cloud provider, could take up to 50 megawatts of capacity at their planned data-center campus in Oxagon, Neom’s industrial zone. In practical terms, that means the electricity and physical room to run racks of AI chips—not a completed facility or a final lease, since the arrangement is still proposed. The potential allocation equals half of the first 100 MW now under construction, within a first phase planned to reach 360 MW, with service expected to begin gradually from late 2027. For Humain, lining up a prospective anchor customer only weeks after construction began helps validate a costly project that depends on committed demand; for Nebius, it could add Nvidia-based computing capacity for its global cloud customers.
