Porsche Signs €1.25 Billion AI Deal With TCS, Sells MHP Consultancy Unit

Tuesday, August 25, 2026

Porsche has agreed to a five-year, €1.25 billion ($1.5 billion) partnership with Tata Consultancy Services to expand artificial intelligence across its engineering, manufacturing, operations, and customer experience functions. As part of the broader deal, TCS will also buy Porsche’s Germany-based consulting unit MHP for about €320 million, subject to regulatory approval. The agreement gives Porsche access to technology and AI support while allowing it to shed a non-core business, and it marks a major expansion for TCS in automotive software and digital services.
