HUMAIN and EY plan AI-led outsourcing service for Saudi businesses

HUMAIN and EY have agreed to develop an AI-native outsourcing service for Saudi organizations. Business-process outsourcing usually means hiring a specialist to run functions such as finance, HR, or compliance; this model would combine human specialists with automation, analytics, and AI agents—software that can complete multistep work—across whole workflows. HUMAIN will provide the technology, infrastructure, and agent platform, while EY brings business and industry expertise and will help develop and commercialize the offering. The aim is to let customers reshape operations around AI while keeping their existing systems, rather than simply attach AI tools to individual tasks; neither a launch date nor financial terms were disclosed.
