HUMAIN puts AMD-powered AI computing into service in Saudi Arabia

Saudi AI company HUMAIN has switched on an initial 25 megawatts of computing infrastructure, built with AMD’s MI355X AI chips and processors and Cisco’s high-speed networking. Rather than requiring companies to buy and run their own hardware, HUMAIN can rent out this processing power for jobs such as training AI models or running them for users. The important shift is from a promised data-center buildout to a live commercial service, although the operating footprint remains an early step. The partners plan to expand to as much as 250 megawatts over the next two to three years and still target up to 1 gigawatt by 2030.
